She is a nationally certified Hatha yoga instructor, Usui Reiki Master, Licensed Holistic Esthetician, and Licensed Massage Therapist.<\/p><p>Sara\u2019s passion for bodywork includes advanced training in manual lymphatic drainage, organic skincare and sound-based therapeutic modalities. Her approach combines skilled, intuitive touch with therapeutic precision, allowing clients to release tension, restore balance, and reconnect to a state of well-being.<\/p><p>Each massage session is thoughtfully tailored to meet the unique needs of the individual. Sara utilizes a method of contrast: deeply relaxing techniques to activate the parasympathetic nervous system paired with soft tissue mobilization; allowing the release of muscle tension to address chronic pain.
