We charge a $50 fee for missed appointments or late cancellations with our practitioners or allergy department for established patients. For appointments with our IV department, it is a fee of 50% of the treatment cost.<\/p><p>For New Patient appointments we charge a fee of $310 for a missed appointment or late cancellation, <strong>24-business hours notice<\/strong>\u00a0is required for all cancellations.<\/p><p>We thank our patients for their understanding, these policies are out of respect for our practitioners, staff and other patients. Missing, late canceling or arriving 15+ minutes past the scheduled appointment time prevents our staff from offering these appointments to other patients.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Illness Policy:<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0 If you, or someone you have been in close contact with, have had cold, flu or COVID symptoms in the past 10 days, please call our office to inform us prior to coming in.
