Thank you for your interest in our integrative approach to diagnosing and treating allergies and illness and to supporting overall wellness. Please note that we are specialty providers and do not offer any Primary Care services, this means we are not available for routine physicals, emergencies or on the weekends. We strongly encourage all of our patients to have a primary care provider.

We are currently accepting new patients. If you are interested in becoming a patient, please first view our:

  • Services we provide

These informational pages can assist you to verify if we accept your insurance, offer the service you are looking for or treat the condition you are looking to be seen for.

If so, please use the link below to fill out our brief New Patient Intake which will include all necessary information to get you started!

A member of our patient coordination team will reach out to you to help schedule your first appointment. *Please note: we do not offer telehealth appointments, all appointments must be in office.
