Welcome! Jordyn Croteau, MS, GGS-1

Some of you may recognize Jordyn from her years in our reception department. We are very excited to announce that her schedule will open for Health Coaching services starting 8/1/2025.

Jordyn Croteau, MS, GGS-1 is a certified Health Promotion Specialist and Certified Nutrition and Women’s Coaching Specialist.

Jordyn feels passionately about empowering others to achieve their health and wellness goals without sacrificing the joys of life. In her coaching, she uses a personalized, education-based, holistic approach that emphasizes sustainable, long-term changes. Through her personal experience with disordered eating and poor body image, Jordyn has found herself devoted to helping others improve their well-being by providing the tools and knowledge necessary to embrace a balanced, health lifestyle rooted in self-compassion and confidence.

Jordyn is particularly excited to offer nutrition education and coaching, but she is eager and well-equipped to help with any health behavior change!

Jordyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from Franklin Pierce University and a Master of Science in Health Promotion from Maryland University of Integrative Health. Most recently, Jordyn obtained a Women’s coaching Specialist certification and is working to further expand her education to pre-and-postnatal coaching. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, taking long walks, reading sappy books, and cherishing memories with her family- especially her nephews and niece. Jordyn is also a big fan of The Office and will find (almost) any opportunity to reference the show during her everyday life.
