Lauren Rosa, PA-C, MPAS, has a deep understanding of how the environment affects our health and fertility and enjoys empowering patients to improve their overall wellness. She takes an empathetic approach to medicine, rooted in scientific evidence with integrated holistic practices. Lauren is passionate about developing caring patient relationships and values patient education and autonomy. She listens and addresses each concern while looking deeper into the root causes of ailments rather than just the symptoms. Lauren skillfully weaves together Lifestyle Medicine, Herbalism and Mind-Body Medicine practices to create comprehensive care plans, guiding her patients with personalized recommendations.
Lauren completed her undergraduate degree at Stonehill College and went on to receive her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Boston. She spent two years training in Integrative Medicine with South Carolina Center for Integrative Medicine and joined Northampton Integrative Medicine five years ago. In her personal time, she enjoys yoga, cooking, hiking, traveling, international medical service work, time with her husband and son, and laughing with loved ones as often as possible. Lauren considers herself a lifelong student and has recently completed extensive course work to become a Postpartum specialist.
